Hello Reapers,
Few game announcements and a badass playstation bundle have been revealed.
ASSASSIN’S CREED CHRONICLES TRILOGY ANNOUNCED
the first “chronicle” will take place in China, where players will experience the downfall of the Ming dynasty. The remaining two entries, set in Russia and India, detail the aftermath of the Red October revolution and the waring Sikh Empire, respectively.
Climax Studios is handling development on this trio of titles in conjunction with Ubisoft Montreal. The games will feature a 2.5D perspective, each with their own distinct art style.
Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China will release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on April 21 in both North and South America, followed by a release in European territories a day later. The remaining two installments, aptly titled Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India and Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia, will release as separate entries sometime in the future.
Each chronicle will be priced at $10 USD, and those with the Assassin’s Creed Unity Season Pass will be able to download ACC: China at no extra cost.

Remember the Metal Gear Solid movie announced in 2012? Well it’s apparently still happening, and it has a new screenwriter!
Deadline reports that up-and-coming British writer Jay Basu has been hired by Sony Pictures to pen the film, helmed by The Kings of Summer directer Jordan Vogt-Roberts. Basu’s most prolific credit to date is as a co-writer on last year’s Monsters: Dark Continent, but he’s nonetheless in demand – Universal tapped him last year for their classic monster movie relaunch.
XBOX ONE DX12 UPGRADE UNLIKELY TO BOOST
THE WITCHER 3’S RESOLUTION
The upcoming Direct X12 upgrade for Xbox One likely won’t improve The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s 900p resolution, according to CD Projekt RED.
In response to a fan on Twitter, game designer Damien Monnier explained that a notable resolution boost for the Xbox One version of its upcoming action-RPG would likely require more than just an upgrade to DX12.
